Question: What made the pilot burp over and over for minutes before having the fatal heart attack? Also, does that really happen in real life to people before heart attacks?
Answer: I looked this up: Belching is more commonly associated with digestion issues like heartburn or indigestion. However, in some cases, it can be a symptom of inferior myocardial infarction (a type of heart attack). This fact was probably played up for the comic effect.
