Corrected entry: Right after Aki saves the Captain during the beginning portion of the film, she turns around to take the canister containing the plant from what seems like a table from that angle, but as it moves away to a long shot of the room, one can clearly see there isn't a table anywhere near. Corrected entry: If the agents can jump into the body of anyone in the Matrix, why didn't Agent Smith jump into the body of one of the cops who try to capture Trinity at the start? He is told there are cops up there before she takes them out, if he had jumped straight away he would have had her trapped.
Correction: This is a time layover in the movie. He is told about the cops probably the moment they die, we just don't see it that way. In fact, given his comment about them already being dead, it's possible that he already tried to take one of them over but couldn't.

Corrected entry: A lot of people in Zion wear dirty and/or holey clothes (including Neo, who at one point wears a sweatshirt that's more grey than white). But in the scene where Neo asks Trinity not to go into the Matrix, there is a close-up of their hands and you can notice that both have manicured hands and Trinity has clear nail varnish on. How come they can find nail varnish in Zion when there is not enough washing powder to go around?
Correction: Because they are famous and get many gifts as shown when they came out of the elevator.
