Continuity mistake: Carla and Turk's song and dance, "For The Last Time I'm Dominican", was filmed a couple of months later than the rest of the episode because actress Judy Reyes, who plays Carla, was recovering from a broken hip at the original time of shooting. Stephanie D'Abruzzo, who played the patient, was brought back in to film the scene; her hair is noticeably longer during the "Dominican" song than during the rest of the episode.

Continuity mistake: Just after the fight between Ralphie and Farkus starts, there is a shot of the two from the side and already there is quite a bit of blood on Farkus's face. But then in a shot from over Ralphie's shoulder, there is no blood visible on Farkus's face at all. (00:57:35)

Continuity mistake: When Farkus grabs Schwartz and tries to make him say "uncle", the end of Schwartz's stocking cap is hanging loose in front of him. But in the following shot - showing Farkus throwing Schwartz to the ground - the end of the stocking cap is behind Schwartz's back. (00:23:00)

Red Light, Green Light - S1-E23
Continuity mistake: When Dave sees Darrin's ad for the community meeting, he suggests a couple of changes, one of them being to add a line saying "and bring your friends". But the ad was shown in close-up shortly before Dave's arrival, and there was already a line saying "Be sure and bring all your friends". (00:13:35)

Continuity mistake: The piece of licorice that Carol Anne puts into the cigar box with the dead parakeet "for when he's hungry" appears to be close to 6 inches long when she's placing it in the box but no more than a couple of inches long when it's shown in the box a few moments later. (00:10:10)

Continuity mistake: Just before the house starts to implode, Teague is backing away from it and as he does so, he passes a couple of white garbage bags on the sidewalk and backs into the street. In the next shot, taken from across the street showing bystanders being blown backwards, Teague is visible in the background; he's back on the sidewalk tripping backwards over the same bags he safely passed moments before. Continuity mistake: In episode 37, "The St. Valentines Day Massacre", the writing on the card Kevin makes for Winnie changes from the time he makes it to when it's shown again at the end of the episode; he's shown printing it and writing just in one corner of the card, but when the card is shown again, the writing is in cursive and is spread down the side of the card.

Continuity mistake: When Mateo is chasing the girls around the apartment while wearing the mask, Christy is holding the camcorder and taping him. When the girls run in front of their mother, suddenly Christy no longer has the camcorder. But in the next shot, she has it and is taping again. (00:50:40)

Continuity mistake: The items on Chuck's lunch tray - particularly the milk carton - keep moving around between shots as he's speaking to the pretty girl.

Continuity mistake: When the man and his wife are checking out, we see the printer spitting out his bill which reads $1665.90 - yet when the man reads the amount, he says it's $1380.90. Director Mark Tinker comments on the discrepancy in the commentary.

Continuity mistake: When Megan is passing out the pop quizzes, she reaches back with her right hand to hand them to the kid seated behind her. But in the next shot, showing the kid she is handing them to, her left hand is holding the quizzes. (00:13:10)

Continuity mistake: When Elliot goes to the bus depot to stop Shawn from leaving, she jumps out of the car leaving the car door open. When she's on the phone with Shawn, the car is behind her and the car door is closed. As the bus pulls away, the car door is open again. (00:19:30 - 00:20:25)

The Riddler's False Notion (2) - S1-E32
Continuity mistake: When the Riddler has a blindfolded Robin out on the window ledge, the position of Robin's blindfold changes between shots, from covering his nose entirely to being just above it.

Continuity mistake: While the unconscious Robin is being carried away from the Batmobile by one of Riddler's thugs, his cape loosens and appears to completely fall off just before they exit the frame. In the next shot, Robin is still being carried away but his cape is securely back in place.

Continuity mistake: When Batman and Robin are in the museum speaking with the director, Batman's chest emblem is high enough on his chest that it nearly touches the bottom edge of his cowl. In the next shot, when he leaves the museum, the emblem has moved down several inches.

Continuity mistake: The note that Susan wrote to Santa Claus changes in writing style between the time it's first shown and the time her mother signs it seconds later - the words "Yours Truly, Susan" are written completely differently the second time. (01:23:30)
