Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan and Yoda are about to leave the Jedi Temple and Obi-Wan says "Wait, Master, there is something I must know", Yoda stops. Notice the pattern on the floor under Yoda. When it cuts you can see from the pattern on the floor that Yoda has moved. (01:33:10)

Continuity mistake: When C-3PO tells Padme that Anakin hasn't returned from the Jedi Temple and says he will be alright, you see Padme holding her right hand on her left waist. When it cuts she suddenly has her hand in front of her stomach and moves it back to her waist again. (01:20:40)

Continuity mistake: After Sidious has killed the Jedis, he confronts Windu. Windu then starts backing out the door and Sidious follows him while pointing his light saber up. When it cuts his saber points down before striking at Windu. (01:08:45)

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and Windu are fighting they end up standing stuck face to face with their lightsabers. At first Palpatine's lightsaber is pointing to the right side of Windu. When it cuts to a close-up of Windu Palpatine's lightsaber is pointing to Windu's left. (01:09:05)

Continuity mistake: When Count Dooku drops the platform on Obi-Wan, you can see a piece of metal fall to the ground to the right on the screen. After the duel, when Anakin goes to grab Obi-Wan, the piece of metal is gone. (00:12:45 - 00:14:30)

Continuity mistake: After Anakin has told Windu that Palpatine is the Sith Lord, Windu gets on his ship which takes off. We see the ship's shadow moving on the ground right next to Anakin. When it cuts the shadow from the ship is gone. When it cuts again to a wider shot we see the ship's shadow suddenly appear again. (01:06:05)

Continuity mistake: When Yoda is done with the holographic meeting with the rest of the Jedi Council about sending Obi-wan after Grievous, he gets up and walks to the trooper behind him. We also see Chewbacca follow him, stop, and cross his arms. When it cuts to the trooper saying, "The droids have started up their main power generators," we see Chewbacca still walking and stopping, but this time he doesn't cross his arms, he places them on his hips. Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan gets on the intercom with R2 the first time on Grievous' ship, as it cuts to R2 backing up against the corner hiding from the droids we can see that there is no light casting his shadow. When it cuts to R2 again two shots later, bright light suddenly appears, casting his shadow. (00:09:10)

Continuity mistake: In the speech hall when Yoda fights Darth Sidious, when Yoda falls down grabbing onto a panel, he holds on while sliding down, leaving scrape marks with his nails. When it cuts you can see the scrape marks have changed. (01:49:25)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan kills Grievous and Grievous falls to the ground we see, in the wide shot, Obi-Wan lowering his weapon. When it cuts to a close-up he lowers his gun again. (01:04:35)

Revealing mistake: When Grievous and Obi-wan are fighting, as Grievous hits Obi-wan making him fly through the air hitting his vessel, it is quite obvious it is a stunt double instead of Ewan McGregor. (01:03:45)

Continuity mistake: At the performance when Palpatine and Anakin are talking, Palpatine says "he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying" while turning his head to Anakin, then his head stops. When it cuts back his head is still turning. (00:44:55)

Continuity mistake: When Grievous faces Anakin while saying "I expected someone with your reputation to be a little older", you see Anakin has his head turned to his right. Then he slowly moves his head to his left. When it cuts he moves his head to the left again. (00:18:15)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-wan arrives at Tatooine and about to give the baby (Luke) away we see that he has the baby under his cloak. In a wide shot as he is walking he removes his cloak from the baby. When it cuts to a close shot he removes it again. (02:07:35)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan and Yoda arrive at the Jedi temple to find all the slain Jedi, there is a wide shot showing Obi-Wan walking several feet ahead of Yoda. Obi-Wan then raises his hands and is about to remove his hood when it cuts and now Yoda is suddenly right next to Obi-Wan. (01:30:40)

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and Anakin, who's carrying Obi-wan, climb through the elevator shaft we see Palpatine put his left hand down pushing himself up. When it cuts he does the same again. (00:15:40)
