Continuity mistake: When Joey goes to see his agent about him being in all the plays, at one point we see her writing something down, then when the shot changes she instantly is not writing and has her hands on her glasses. (00:10:00)

Easter egg: On the 1st Disc, of the 2 Disc set of Red Dwarf Series V, go to Main Menu, then Select Episode, then Drive Room, and then select the glove that is on the floor. It takes you to a code panel, then enter the code 1,4,5 and you can see a cartoon of the director and other people talking about Back To Reality.

Continuity mistake: In the scene after the introduction, when Joey and Gina are at the airport, Joey's bag strap at one point is under his collar, then when the shot changes his collar is under his strap. This mistake keeps happening during this whole airport scene. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: Near the start, when Homer is going through the medicine cabinet and we see various items. He takes out various hair growth products, and then when we see what's left, the floss has vanished. (00:01:10 - 00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: When the everyone is singing and the Devil Robot is taking Bender down in the Lift, we can see that the back of the lift is grated in one close up shot, but in a far away shot it is a solid cube with no grate. (00:18:15)
