Continuity mistake: At the campground, when Hanna and Sophie are under the blankets together, each girl is shown throughout the conversation laying on her left side. If this were actually the case, they would both be facing the same direction, not facing each other. (01:00:45 - 01:03:30)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie when Marissa is chasing Hanna up the hill with the gun, she is wearing black boots. Shortly after in the factory, she is wearing high heels.
Other mistake: Hanna' grandmother, was shot in her head. But you don't see the bullet exit her head. When Hanna came into her grandmothers house, there was a bullet hole in the picture of her mother, which isn't possible.
