Howl's Moving Castle (2004)

Continuity mistake: When Howl first flies with Young Sophie, he wears a ring on each hand. As they take off, one of the rings momentarily vanishes.

Character mistake: When we first see Sophie her body was slumped over (the spell to make her old) but later on in the movie, her back magically seems fine. (00:00:01 - 01:50:00)

Trivia: The original director was Mamoru Hosoda, an inheritor of the anime mantle, but he was dropped by the studio midway. Hayao Miyazaki took over and completed it.

Trivia: Howl's castle is quiet when it moves, to reflect the fact that the majority of the castle is made of papier mache.
