Continuity mistake: When the Batwoman is fleeing at the very beginning of the movie, she is shot at by her pursuers from below. The shot, represented by a yellow streak, is then seen coming from above before it strikes the vehicle she is on.

Continuity mistake: Cards and chips change position on the table in almost every shot once Penguin receives the phone call from Bane saying that he just captured Batwoman. (00:51:55)

Continuity mistake: The laceration in Kathy's cape when she's dangling by the ship's exposed beams change greatly in size and shape when she's helped up by daddy. (01:03:15)
