Continuity mistake: In the beginning, Jerry Lewis makes his special drink and it is the consistency of a milk-shake. Later in the movie he makes the same drink and it looks like cloudy water.

Starring: Jerry Lewis, Stella Stevens, Del Moore, Kathleen Freeman
Revealing mistake: When Buddy love and Stella are standing at the lookout above LA, the background is obviously a poorly done painting.
Continuity mistake: In the first scene with Stella and Buddy Love at the Purple Pit, Stella's eye shadow is bright blue and extends above her eyebrows. When the scene moves to the hill above the city, her eye shadow switches between nonexistent and a light green. (00:46:00 - 00:50:45)
Trivia: When Professor Kelp holds the pile of tests and fantasizes about Stella as she stands in the doorway waiting for the stream of students, the test facing the camera has a caricature of Jerry Lewis. (00:52:20)
Professor Julius Kelp: Well, just don't do something, sit there.
Dr. Hamius R. Warfield: Now try to understand that I understand, that scientists and creators have their little eccentricities. Einstein hated hair cuts, Da Vinci love to paint, and Newton.
Professor Julius Kelp: He had something to do with figs, didn't he?
Dr. Hamius R. Warfield: Kelp, it's human nature. Kelp, people just don't like teachers blowing up their kids.
