Continuity mistake: When Jaden is about to summon Elemental Mirage, he raises his right arm and points with his entire hand. But in the next shot, he is pointing with only his index finger. (00:42:05)
Other mistake: Paradox pulls out a blank card, to which Yusei notices and comments. At this moment, Yusei is driving ahead of Paradox and the two are a fair distance apart, so it would be extremely difficult for him to see what the card looks like from the distance shown. (00:15:40)
