Other mistake: Down in the mine, you have to put night vision on Mulder to see what is going on. Yet, without night vision, Scully can still track and follow Mulder just fine.
Revealing mistake: Mulder and Scully find Katlyn in a freezer/fridge hiding, and Scully says that she's hypothermic and they need to get her out of there. As soon as the cut scene ends, both Scully and Katlyn turn to face Mulder, and their character models clip inside each other.
Plot hole: After Mulder is bitten by the zombie, Scully works on making an antidote while Mulder fights off more zombies coming. Somehow, she does an autopsy on the zombie doctor, analyses the blood and toxin, and rapidly comes up with and makes 3 doses of an antidote in a mere few minutes' time. Yes, it's a video game, but that's unbelievable even for the TF2 Medic to accomplish.
Continuity mistake: In the first part of the game, Mulder goes into a bathroom, and a cutscene starts where he turns around and faces a woman standing outside the door who turns into some sort of zombie. He turns to face her, with the mirror at his back. Then, when the cutscene ends, Mulder is then facing the wall and the paper towel dispenser instead of the door.
Character mistake: In the pause menu/inventory screen, Mulder's "Department of Investigation" ID is visible, complete with his photograph and a few other details. However, the crest and logo and the big letters that say FBI are missing from what is shown on his ID from the show.
Revealing mistake: The player character can stand where your feet and legs are inside, clipping through the bodies of defeated enemies on the ground.
Revealing mistake: At the start of the game, Mulder goes into a diner to look for a landline phone to make a call. Going into the back, the chef is chopping up something on the stove with a butcher knife, and at this point, he's supposed to be totally fine still. Yet, as he turns his head, and if you look from the back angle, you can already see his character model has half his face burnt and part of his body burnt and bloody from lying on the stove even before he turns and is found lying on the stove moments later.
