Other mistake: When Jenna was having her ultrasound, the doctor picked up a linear probe. This probe is only used for vascular purposes (arteries, veins) and cannot go deep enough to show an unborn baby. It also produces a rectangular image on the screen. The doctor should have used a curved probe which produces a curved image on the screen, which is exactly what was shown in the next shot.

Jenna has a baby girl that she names Lulu. Just as she gives birth, she tells Earl that she wants a divorce. Old Joe dies and leaves Jenna over $200,000 which she uses to buy the diner. She tells the doctor that she doesn't want to continue their relationship because he's already happily married. The last thing you see is Jenna and Lulu walking back home from their diner about 3 years later.
