In a rural part of Maryland, a drum of nuclear waste falls off the back of a US Army Jeep. Ferd finds the drum and doesn't know what it is because he is either stupid, or is not able to read. The Clemson's take the drum and make it into moonshine, and who ever drinks it, becomes a zombie.
