75 year old Morgan Meadows Hall will be one college dormitory that won't be housing any more wisecracking students. Slated for renovation and future apartment living, Morgan Meadows is in the process of being completely inventoried, emptied and boarded up. But it seems someone has n intention of leeting the place be demolished, so when a group of troublesome students show up to help out closing down the place, one by one they start dying.
