Corrected entry: When Black Beauty is being lead away after Ruben fell off you can see a piece of cloth wrapped around his front pastern to get him to "limp."

Correction: This could be because the person leading him tied a cloth around it to protect his unshod hoof from further injury from the rough road.

Continuity mistake: When Black Beauty is being born and his head appears, the head is uncovered, we see his face and white spot. In the next shot, there is a filmy membrane still completely covering his head.
