Visible crew/equipment: When the family is escaping in Dr. Wrightwood's car with Harry, they leave the home after popping Lafleur's tires. There is a brief shot looking at George driving. The shadow of the camera rig is left screen.
Harry and the Hendersons (1987)
1 visible crew/equipment mistake
Directed by: William Dear
Starring: John Lithgow, Melinda Dillon, Joshua Rudoy, Margaret Langrick
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie the daughter hands Harry a stem of flowers. The flowers have small daisy like heads. However, when the shot changes to show Harry holding the stem, it is very different. There are less flowers on the stem and the petals are larger.
Sarah Henderson: Where's the roast?
George Henderson: I'll go get it.
Nancy Henderson: The roast is resting in a shallow unmarked grave in the backyard.
George Henderson: Oh. Well, there's plenty of other stuff.
Dr. Wallace Wrightwood: Are you vegetarians?
George Henderson: Sometimes. It depends on the guest.
Trivia: M. Emmet Walsh plays John Lithgow's father in the movie, even though in real life he's only 10 years older than Lithgow.
