Other mistake: When May is sewing the red blouse for her coffee shop meeting with Adam, the presser foot of her sewing machine is not down. (00:10:20)
Audio problem: When Adam takes a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket in the laundromat, and says "do you wanna smoke a smoke with me?" to May, his mouth doesn't move. (00:15:10)
Continuity mistake: Positions of the clothes in May's and Adam's laundry baskets. (00:16:25)
Continuity mistake: When May is in the elevator, there is a pack of cigarettes in her laundry basket. Between shots the packets keeps alternating from open / closed. (00:17:55)

Continuity mistake: The position and colour of the lipstick kiss print on the Suzie Doll Glass keep changing throughout the movie, but it is most noticeable from the inital shot to the second shot. (00:24:35 - 00:28:45)
Continuity mistake: When May bashes the top of the Suzie Doll case, it's outer glass casing cracks. The crack goes through the lipstick print. In the next shot it doesn't. (00:28:35)

Factual error: There is clearly no phone line connected to May's phone, when she is laying on the bed, waiting for a phone call from Adam. The port is empty. We saw her using it before. (00:33:20)
Continuity mistake: The amount of drink in Adam's glass after he drinks it, and when it's on the table changes, as him and May sits at the table and eat macaroni cheese. (00:35:50)
Continuity mistake: After May bites Adam's lip, she takes Adam's bloody hand and smears blood over her chin and neck. The amount of blood on her keeps changing after that. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: When May is standing outside, hearing Adam say he dumped her, Adam's girlfriend takes the cigarette from his hand. In the next shot the cigarette is back in his hand. (00:43:10)
Continuity mistake: The cat in May's laundry basket keeps disappearing then reappearing between shots, when she is in the laundromat, and when Adam enters and as they talk. (00:48:50)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where May showcases her doll, Soozy, to the blind children at the day care and they subsequently knock the doll case out of May's hands (obviously shattering the glass everywhere), take a close look at the first little girl to fall into the glass on the floor. You'll notice that there is blood all over her knees before she even falls on the ground. (00:56:55)
Continuity mistake: On Halloween night when May goes around to Polly's, as May sits and listens to Polly talking about her doctor, her dress strap is alternately up / down. (01:08:40)
Continuity mistake: When May is talking to Ambrosia about her nice legs, Ambrosia drinks from a milk carton with her right hand. In the next shot when she twirls around for May, the carton is in her left hand. (01:11:15)
Deliberate mistake: There is blood all over the back of the couch that's supposed to be from the neck cutting, however there is not a trace of blood on May's dress or anywhere else but her hands. (01:13:30)
