Continuity mistake: When Carol comes back from lunch she walks over to the coat rack and reaches for a coat hanger. The camera angle changes to the opposite side of the room and you can hear the sound of the coat hanger being removed from the rack. The camera angle pans back to her and she is seen reaching for the coat hanger again and pulling it off the rack with the same sound.
Trivia: The film is loosely based on Neil Simon's work as a writer for Sid Caesar's "Your Show of Shows."
