Factual error: When the plane takes off, the flight attendants on board are standing doing a safety demonstration. In real life the take off gradient is much steeper meaning they would either be thrown against the floor or at least find it difficult to stand. Also due to FAA regulation it is forbidden for anyone to stand on take off.

Continuity mistake: When Esme runs to the camera then turns and runs back, she has a light pink handkerchief in her back pocket. When she climbs the balcony it is still there then when she jumps from the balcony and the suspenders stretch it has vanished.
The Narrator: Something broke through the terror - flickerings, fragments of his short life, the random events that delivered him to this, his moment of annihilation. As terror gave way to exhaustion, Babe turned to his attacker, his eyes filled with one simple question: Why?
