Seven Years in Tibet

Heinrich (Brad Pitt) leaves Tibet when the Chinese occupation begins and says good bye to the Dalai Lama, Peter (David Thewlis) and Pema. In 1951, Heinrich visits his son Rolf and gives to him as a present the Dalai Lama's music box. At the end of the decade, the Dalai Lama leaves Tibet and goes to India. Years later, Heinrich has gotten to know his son and they go mountain climbing. In 1989, the Dalai Lama receives the Nobel Peace Prize and to this day he and Heinrich are friends.
