Continuity mistake: SPOILERS: In the post-credits scene, after Henry's trap starts, in the second-to-last shot, you see him sort of start to shake and rear his head back. But then in the next shot, he's no longer shaking. Additionally, his head is down again and he rears it back a second time.

Question: Cecilia states that she realised that John Kramer was Jigsaw, and she got worried. How did she figure out who he was, and since she found out, why did she still insist on scamming him?
Answer: If I recall correctly, nothing in the movie or her dialogue indicates she knew he was Jigsaw before he captured her. To me, it came across that her dialogue was referring to her realizing the truth when she was captured and placed into her test.
