Continuity mistake: After Brooke saw the note that classes were cancelled, she turned around, and her back was at an angle to the school door. A front view of her showed her back parallel to the door. When Briggs was walking away, Brooke's body was at an angle to the door again (and not pivoted to face the direction Briggs was going). Continuity mistake: When Ruth was hanging clothes outside, the number and layout of the linens/shirts on the clothesline varied with the camera's angle. When she was talking to Briggs, her distance from the clothesline pole also varied with the camera's position (e.g., closer to the pole when the camera was facing Briggs). (00:06:58 - 00:08:45)
Continuity mistake: Ruth attached two clothespins on the linen to hang it on the clothesline. When the camera shifted to a front view, the first clothespin was barely (no longer protruding upward), and Ruth was attaching the second clothespin again. Continuity mistake: The wad of money Briggs took from the man Jimmy's dad stole from was evenly folded in half, cupped in Briggs' palm, but at least one bill was protruding upward when he stood up.
