Continuity mistake: When Reg and Mike jump out of the bedroom window to escape from the dwarfs, in a wide-shot the white window framing on the sides of the window is broken off. But in a closeup of the dwarfs looking out of the window, the white wooden framing has reappeared on the sides of the window. (00:06:25)

Reggie: The Tall Man? That story about me blowing up my own house because it was infested with midgets. Mike, that wasn't real. Your doctor said that it was your own paranoid delusions caused by your brother's death.

Trivia: The only entry in the series not to feature A. Michael Baldwin as "Mike." He played Mike in the first, third, fourth and fifth film. Instead, the character is played by James Le Gros in this film. Brad Pitt also reportedly auditioned for the role.
