Suggested correction: I'm not understanding how this is a mistake. Randall simply decided to give the line to Jay. (Most likely because Bob rarely speaks anyway and is also working as a crew member.) And ironically, Bob ended up having to say the line just like he did in real life because Jay couldn't deliver it. This feels like it would be better as trivia than a mistake.
