Character mistake: The Gardener threw a knife that impaled an intruder's gut, essentially rendering the intruder incapacitated. At this point, the intruder was no longer a threat and did not pose imminent danger, therefore the Gardener was NOT justified in shooting the intruder in the forehead and killing him.
