Other mistake: When poison is first put in the pot of tea, the first shot of breakfast shows Woodcocks sister stirring her tea which presumably is from the same pot, but she showed no sign of poisoning.

Audio problem: When Reynolds is salting the asparagus the camera cuts back to Alma and you can see Reynolds' hand moving in a different direction but the salt shaker sound is still playing. The camera cuts back to Reynolds, and he's holding the salt shaker again. (01:06:15 - 01:06:39)
Alma: If he didn't wake up from this, if he wasn't here tomorrow, no matter. For I know he'd be waiting for me in the afterlife or some safe celestial place, in this life and the next and the next one after. And for whatever there is on the road that follows from here, it would only require my patience to get to him again. You see, to be in love with him makes life no great mystery.
Trivia: This currently stands as Daniel Day-Lewis' final film. He retired after making it and stated he has no intention of returning.
