Trivia: The Joker's line in the museum of wanting 'My face on the one dollar bill' was originally going to have a pay-off during the parade scene. While everyone was grabbing at the money (and then getting poisoned by the Smylex gas in the Joker's balloons), Knox was going to catch one of the bills and see that it, and all the other ones the Joker was tossing out, were actually fakes with the Joker's face on them.
Trivia: According to the production staff, the Joker's original name of 'Jack Napier' is a play on the word 'jackanapes', meaning a foolish person or a jester.
Trivia: Allegedly, Adam West and Julie Newmar (the 1966 Batman and Catwoman) were approached to play Thomas and Martha Wayne in the flashback where they're killed by a young Jack Napier. There's debate about how far this idea got, as Adam West later said no one ever contacted him about doing such a cameo, and that if they had, he'd have likely turned the offer down. Coincidentally, both actors would later go on to play Bruce's parents in the subsequent cartoon adaptation "Batman: The Brave and the Bold."

Answer: Most likely, in real life, this would be impossible. Movies take liberties with facts and realities in order to tell the story.
