Revealing mistake: Mason brings his unnamed son to the lake and acts like he is going to drown him. The baby is noticeably a doll in all but the scene where he kisses it. It is obvious from the way he is carrying it as well as the lack of movement.
So Then a Bat or A Monkey - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: When Joel puts the dead body in the freezer, the eyes are open. When he pushes the head to the side so he can close the lid the body plainly closes his eyes.
Revealing mistake: Towards the end, when Luca and Deacon are bringing the criminal they caught to one of the cars, he has his hands tied up over the hands themselves and not at the wrists, making that kind of restraint completely ineffective. (00:38:30)

Revealing mistake: It's pretty obvious that Scott Glenn, the actor playing Stick, just has his hand wrapped up to look like it has been cut off. Both his hands are at equal length when his arms are down by his sides.
The Bad Beginning: Part One - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the episode when the Baudelaires are in bed, the camera goes outside and pans down the front of the house. Once it reaches the next set of windows below the Baudelaires' "bedroom", the camera wobbles slightly.
Lead Horse Back to Stable - S1-E11
Revealing mistake: When Danny and Colleen are fighting in the rain at the end of the episode and Danny starts explaining how they should stop fighting, raindrops from the camera can be seen dripping from the top left of the screen.
Revealing mistake: Some of the punches don't land when Linc and C-Note are fighting the bad guys in the garage. This despite the sound indicating they are landing.
A Musty Crypt and a Stick to Pee On - S4-E5
Revealing mistake: When Georgie is imagining what it's like to be a father Jana is shown holding two babies in her arms. You can tell that the babies aren't real they are just dolls.
Revealing mistake: A satellite photo is shown of Byran Mills' house in the first third or so of the episode. Later on in the episode, towards the end, a satellite photo of the cartel's secret landing strip is shown. They are the same photos, only one is zoomed in a little more than the other. Revealing mistake: Supposedly in Liberia, the team takeoff in a helicopter. However, when they take off, the camera reveals the airfield, where several general aviation aircraft are parked. This is highly unlikely to be in Liberia, also the night lights seem to be somewhere in Cali (perhaps LA)). (00:27:20)
Revealing mistake: Just after Rey catches BB-8, she looks back at the sand worm. Suddenly, in this shot, you can see the rigging seam on its neck where it connects to the upper part of the mouth, which is not visible in other shots. Usually, the neck seam blends in or is not visible, but in this shot, you can see where the neck and top of the mouth are separate pieces in this 2D rig. (00:01:59)

Revealing mistake: June goes to an airstrip to fly to Canada, but all the abandoned aircraft on the field are ex Canadian Air Force, meaning it was probably filmed in Canada.
Science Fair - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: As the teacher is walking up to Cassie's volcano experiment at the Science Fair, there are many people scattered about in the background around the room and at different exhibits. Except for Scott, the teacher, and Cassie, everybody else is perfectly still like statues. It's distracting, especially with them positioned all around supposedly mingling, walking, and looking at other experiments. Everybody is static. (00:00:05)
