When Mike says this precise amount of time, and earlier when he asks "What's your point, Tommy?" the lid of his scope flaps in the wind. In the rest of the scene it stays still. (00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: Maudie lights herself a cigarette. There are 2 matchboxes on the railing of the porch. They disappear for the rest of the scene and Maudie's cardigan and dress do not have pockets. (00:02:35)
Continuity mistake: The gang Bo is reluctantly part of gets to Maurice's crib where he is playing cards with his homies. The red jacketed one is defiant, and grabs a handful of red and blue chips in front of him tossing them in Angelo's face. Continuity mistake: At the toll booth, Afonso does a thumb up sign to the operator, not knowing what he really said to his son about their ride. He is doing the gesture with his right hand, left hand, right hand again depending on the shot. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: After the credits, Tom Hopper sees and hears a bunch of helicopters and calmly walks indoors. He then addresses the waiter raising his left hand before the cut. In the next wide shot though we see him with a right hand raised that reaches for the champagne tray and grabs a glass. He says "Thank you" in a third shot, same angle as the first one, and in fact, the champagne flute is in his left hand now. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: John Biswas is tailing the little deaf girl. His scooter breaks down and he follows her on foot. They are walking in the same road in two different shots, with a cut just a few meters apart. The toys in her right hand and the paper in her left swap hands in the second shot. (00:18:20)
Continuity mistake: Carolyn puts on her pink dress and asks Tallulah to zip her up. Tammy Blanchard puts her hair up in a bunch, but there's a large bang to the left side of her face that stays down. In the reverse shot though, she got all her hair up. (00:18:20)

Continuity mistake: When Kurt and Kavi are washing clothes, the clothes change position on the line, specifically the red shirt at the end and the shorts Kavi hangs up. The red shirt is twisted around the line, but in the shot of Kavi hanging the shorts, the shirt is hanging perfectly straight down.
Continuity mistake: Eric Bana is listening to the police radio frequencies at the beginning of the movie. He does it in close-up with his left hand on the money, by his right arm, but in the next shot his position is different, since his hand is holding the right forearm. (00:00:50)
Continuity mistake: The protagonist is fondling his pregnant wife in bed when she pinches his nose. Between the two shots the blanket covers /uncovers the baby bump, and her hair is bunched on the pillow in entirely different ways. (00:01:40)
Continuity mistake: The crew arrived at the volcanic island in turmoil, and are talking with the local captain. The captain asks them to carry also some of the dead people, and they start asking him what the plan is, if there's one at all. The pass at the neck of the captain shows the side with the symbol in one shot, the blank one in the next. (00:25:10)
Continuity mistake: In front of the station, the con man bargains with the taxi driver the fare; during the scene, the same black man with a floral shirt passes at least 3 times. (00:01:30)
