Continuity mistake: After Dory reads the wall map while she's in the glass carafe, when Hank hides behind the rolling cabinet there's a long shot of the corridor with him at the far wall, then in the next shot from behind Hank a drinking fountain has suddenly appeared on the wall to the left, between two pictures.
Factual error: In the movie, we see the Statue of Liberty with its current bluish-green color. The statue only got that color over time, and as it was still being built, it should be its original brown.
Continuity mistake: When Moana is throwing sticks into the ground, after she starts singing, look back at that spot and all the thrown sticks have disappeared.
Plot hole: Prior to the final show, when the horsemen are performing separately at different locations in London. [Scene X] Jack is busy with his card swap trick. While others are doing their tricks too, [Scene Y] McKinney is believed to be tricked once again by his face sharing brother at another location... Dylan gets a call and then he calls everyone to wrap up and meet somewhere. [Scene Z] Jack also wraps up and leaves the place... OK. Later after the expose in final show McKinney tells the story about how Jack successfully hypnotized his brother [in the Scene Y]. How could Jack be at two different locations at the same time? He was performing somewhere else when he did hypnotism at another location and then wraps up his trick back where he started.
Continuity mistake: In Bridget Jones' Diary, Mark says that he was 8 and Bridget was 4 when they would play in the pool together. but in Bridget Jones' Baby Mark sets up the compatibility profile and his age is 50 and Bridget's is 43.
Continuity mistake: When everybody goes into Branch's bunker the King is wearing clothes. A few seconds later during hug time he only has on underwear.
Other mistake: After Terrance shows the painting of Matilda and she runs off, if you keep an eye on Terrance as the screen pans upwards when there isn't a lot of his body left, he randomly disappears when the pigs appear in the shot.
Deliberate mistake: The morning after the flyers are spread, Buster is sleeping in a drawer. When his alarm clock goes off, he hits his head at the top of the drawer, but later on, he can be seen standing up in it, easily visible when he is putting his coat on. The drawer obviously became wider for him to stand up in it.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Alice grabs Dave and starts kissing him on the bench, she doesn't have any shoes on. A second later, in the next shot, she has flip flops on. Then the shot changes again and she is once again barefoot, without any shoes on. (01:29:40)
Continuity mistake: When April changes into a school girl's outfit to distract Dr. Stockman's assistant, she grabs a miniskirt and ties it around the skirt that she's already wearing. But we never see her take this particular skirt off. It just magically disappears. She is also wearing pantyhose which suddenly changes to over the knee stockings.
Continuity mistake: When Alice leaves a party and is walking outside towards the Rockefeller Tree, she is wearing shoes with a chunky heel. When she goes inside the building with David, they show her walking towards the window and she has on shoes with a skinny heel. (00:59:15 - 01:01:30)
Continuity mistake: The location of the FireBrand tower keeps changing throughout the film. 1:30 - the tower is in Lower Manhattan, south of the World Trade Center 2:55 - As Kevin Spacey lands, the tower has moved closer to the World Trade Center (side note - the shot immediately before this showed him falling towards midtown Manhattan, not the tower) 3:45 - the tower has moved further north towards midtown 4:50 - the tower appears to have moved back to the position it was in at 1:30. 5:25 - the tower has moved back to it's position at 3:45. 53:25 - We are given a view of the tower from their Central Park penthouse, and it has apparently moved much closer to Central Park (right next to One57 on the other side of Manhattan island) 56:45 - the tower has moved back down to its position at 3:45 and 5:25. 1:17:38 - I'm not entirely sure about this one, but you can briefly make out the two pools of the World Trade Center memorial, which would put the tower at its location at 2:55. 1:18:00 - the tower has moved to the exact location of One World Trade Center (therefore making that building disappear). 1:18:05 - the tower has moved back to its position at 2:55 (now One World Trade is visible).
Continuity mistake: Ben got his job. He has to see his wife though, and she passes him the divorce papers. The papers are in an envelope she slides across the table with the flap face down. It's face up in the reverse shot. (00:06:30)
Other mistake: Duke is running through the city while dragging Max by his leash. A close-up shows Max being pulled between the bars of a metal fence, but the gap is much too small for Duke to have passed through.
Revealing mistake: When the hiker's body is taken out of the cottage, it is so obviously a dummy - you can see the join in the neck.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Jack is talking to the two gangsters, he has his sunglasses on. In one shot, where the camera is behind him, when the two start talking Spanish to each other, you can tell Jack doesn't have his sunglasses on.
Continuity mistake: After the meeting with the ghost of the mansion Erin hugs Abby and she gets the ectoplasm from her, but in the next shot it disappears.
Factual error: Women's stockings had seams in 1944. When people are dancing at the party in Bayfield's apartment, the backs of women's legs appear in enough shots to show that their stockings, anachronistically, are seamless.
Audio problem: Ice Cube and Kevin Hart have left the Miami police station. They are riding in the car and the camera switches between the two talking. Right after Kevin Hart says, "No no, it's a trademark of the brothers-in-law." The shot switches to Ice Cube and Kevin says, "Uh-oh" but Kevin's mouth is not moving. (00:27:20)
