Other mistake: When Cisco and Cailtin call Barry to tell him about the man with the gun, Cailtin says he has a gun. Cut to the cops pursuing him, the perp shoots at the cops, and one of them seems surprised that he has a gun. There's no way Caitlin could have known about the gun without the cop knowing (which would presumably have been relayed over police communications).

Other mistake: When Saw contacts his lieutenant Edrio for a pickup after wiring the giant kyber crystal to the hyperdrive, he tells him to dock at the hatch by the starboard engines. Later, when Edrio does arrive, he docks at a hatch on the left, or port, side of the ship. Starboard refers to the right side of a ship.
Other mistake: When Happy goes to see if the backhoe will work to finish freezing the water she says the hoses are damaged. The hoses she indicates as damaged are the ac lines and hydraulic lines that hydraulic oil flows through - she does not even look at the water hoses. (00:18:40)
