Continuity mistake: In the scene where Katniss has just come outside after the bombing on District 13 and there are white roses everywhere, she picks one up and it is closed and small, but then in the next shot the rose is very long and is opened. (01:22:40)
Continuity mistake: After cutting through Black Manta's gun, Aquaman then slams Manta in the face with his trident and knocks him down. As he is twirling his trident in victory, you can see his belt and its design. But then it cuts to a close up of Aquaman and suddenly his belt changes in design with the bar in the middle disappearing and the black of his pants extending further up onto his orange shirt in the belt area. Revealing mistake: At the end when April and Kyle are killed, they are thrown in a hole back first. When they are shown, they are neatly positioned beside each other. April even has her knees bent up and Kyle has his arm around her waist meaning they obviously positioned themselves for the final shot.
Factual error: The picture of the bomb switch shows an Arduino Pro Mini. The Arduino Pro Mini was released in 2008, not in 1975. (01:21:20)
Suggested correction: SPOILERS: The ending of the film reveals that the Fizzle Bomber is an older version of the Agent, who still has a functioning time machine. This simply shows that he is using parts from the future for his bombs.
Factual error: Narration refers to Hitler's Germany research into nuclear fusion - it was nuclear fission they were looking into, the same as what fueled the WWII-ending bombs in Japan, and every nuclear bomb and missile since. No nation has been able to generate nuclear fusion until very recently, and it doesn't produce an explosion - which is what Hitler wanted. (00:08:35)

Revealing mistake: About seven minutes in, during the scene where we see Cooper helping the Nerd as a cameraman, you can tell that Cooper has been added to the scene using green-screen effects, as the actor was unavailable to shoot at the location. The lighting on Cooper doesn't quite match the lighting of the scene, and you can see a slight "blur/feathering effect" around him where the greenscreen background was removed.
Continuity mistake: When the kids are looking at the Stonehenge-type structures, the younger boy calls for everybody to come and see the hidden message. From the shot in front of the boy you can tell from his body position he's sitting up, however in the next shot from overhead, the boy is now lying down on the rock.
Factual error: The alien drops the video camera out of the UFO from outer space and it falls to earth landing on the ground. This very far drop would certainly have busted it to pieces, if not ignited it on reentry, but when the guy picks it up off the ground, it appears only the screen is cracked.
Continuity mistake: The students' 3rd game is Kagome with 4 Kokeshi dolls. The pink doll starts to the right of the first student to play, the dolls move in a circle around him, she passes in front of him and by the end of the shot she is near his left. The Kokeshi dolls all move backwards between shots and the pink doll passes in front of the student again. After this, she takes 7 seconds to move about 100° despite nobody slowing down and she took that amount of time to move about 170°.
