Continuity mistake: Near the end, Thomas is saddling a horse. He throws the stirrup over the saddle so he can cinch the girth. But he is interrupted by the presence of the witch he loves. Somehow, the horse has had its girth cinched and the stirrup is in its proper place, all without Thomas' help.
Continuity mistake: Before Jesse's plate is placed on the table, the salt and pepper shakers are about a width apart. They are almost touching for a while, then back to being spaced apart. (00:10:20 - 00:11:00)

Revealing mistake: In the news reel detailing the Kohinoor theft, a few headlines appear, and at least one persists on screen long enough to easily spot the inconsistency between headline and article (filler text presenting a new local magazine from the London district of Lambeth). (00:09:00)
Continuity mistake: Jay is mopping the floor after promising on the phone to his dad that he'll bring his non-existent fiancee to the wedding. He tries to talk one of the nurses into joining him. While doing so, he stands before her leaning on his mop with his left hand on top, which switches to the right hand between shots. (00:06:40)
Revealing mistake: As Glenn, Blake and Monica are being surrounded by zombies, as Monica asks "Fucking hell, how many more of these are there?", in the background you can see a zombie sitting astride his victim, flailing away with a hammer or hatchet. It is obvious that he is just swinging his arm back and forth, without connecting with anything. It looks as if he is dusting, not slaying someone. (01:23:50)
Revealing mistake: Crawling through a fire cave you can see propane bottles in the background several times.
Continuity mistake: The protagonist just unveiled to his boss the "nest" ad, to which he suggests some not-so-minor changes. Luca Argentero is holding the drape in two very different ways between shots (first with bunched cloth sticking up top, then simply folded). (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: During the early part of the movie, the left rear door of Doc's car is dented. For the rest of the movie, the dent is gone.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, Schapelle checks the boogie bag in in the check-in counter. Then she's seen carrying it over her shoulder. Then a baggage handler takes it away from the check-in counter.
Continuity mistake: During the car chase, the white jeep goes from damaged to undamaged between shots. (01:08:00 - 01:09:00)
Factual error: In a scene where Kat is flying to or from Northern California for college, in the background through the window on the plane one can see a commercial jet which has the winglets of a narrow-body Boeing, which were not introduced until 1998 on the Boeing 737 NextGen, rather than "wingtip fences" of an Airbus which were in use as early as 1985. Eve disappeared in 1988 when Kat was 17, so this would have been 1993 at the latest, when Kat would have been expected to have graduated from Berkeley. In the movie, it is suggested that this was just 2 years after her mother disappeared, so this would have been not later than 1990-91.
Continuity mistake: The appearance/structure of the ground-level components of the well changes several times. In the first view, the unit is mostly gray and rusty with one vertical white pipe. When Ernest is pumping, half of the horizontal pipe is also white and clean. In the rear view, the vertical pipe is brown and rusty. Some mud spurts out of the spigot, but the spigot is clean, dry, and white in the front view. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: Roy is on his back at one point, seemingly knocked out. A shot later he's suddenly on his stomach before regaining consciousness.

Factual error: Ryan Reynolds has an entire trailer of evergreen trees that he is going to plant in the middle of the winter. No landscaper would plant trees at this time because the ground is frozen, and if planted they would die.
