Continuity mistake: After Ralph destroys the cake and it goes all over the place, we cut to a wide shot. In this shot, to Gene's right, there is a small amount of cake on the floor. In the following shot, the amount of cake has doubled. Also after Ralph destroys the cake Mary is holding the people that were on top of the cake even though Ralph just destroyed them. (00:13:10)
Continuity mistake: When J falls off the green car by The Factory, cardboard boxes, a woman and a sailor magically appear out of nowhere. (01:01:40)
Continuity mistake: When Angelique traps Barnabas in the coffin for the second time, there is a separate lid to the coffin. But by the time Barnabas is in the cemetery, hinges have suddenly appeared on it. (01:24:05 - 01:25:45)
Continuity mistake: When Dex is being interviewed in the park, he is holding the basket of baby kittens that he rescued. He is never shown handing the basket to anybody else, but just seconds later, as everyone leaves and Dan arrives in the scene, the basket of baby kittens has suddenly vanished. (00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: When the couple exits Elysium, the rear window is broken and covered with a piece of paper. Half a second later, still exiting the place, the paper is gone and the window is fixed.
Other mistake: During the end credits, there's a misspelling. An 's' is missing from 'First Assitant Camera'. (01:33:05)
Continuity mistake: Mac ends up in a lion cage, and threatens a lion with gun. He gets scared and drops it, but when seen in a wider angle, the gun has disappeared. (00:56:25)
