Continuity mistake: At Riley's Garage, when Troy and Chad are about to rummage through the junk looking for the radiator cap, Troy raises his arms and his boxers are light grey, but next shot when he lifts the truck's hood his boxers are black. Factual error: All the Cisco VoIP phones seen in the film have the booting Cisco logo on them and would not work due to no connection.

Revealing mistake: After Evolet got hit by the arrow and presumably dies, D'leh is staring at a mammoth. Behind the mammoth, you can see that the background is a picture.
Factual error: In the scene where the camera shows Times Square, visible on the right of the screen in the front of the shot is a poster for the Broadway show "The Lion King". The Lion King just celebrated 10 years on Broadway and was not playing in 1994.
Revealing mistake: When Shelly and the girls (the playboy mansion girls) are getting their hair done for her birthday, the stylist is curling Shelly's hair but you see the iron doesn't touch her hair at all. (00:03:50)
Continuity mistake: When Latika is a dancer, in one shot she does not have a nose ring, but in another shot she does.
Audio problem: When Chase pulls out the key to MSA, you hear the sound of many keys clanging together. However, if you look closely, there is only one key on the ring.
Continuity mistake: When the guy walks in on Peter naked in bed, the sheet protecting Peter's modesty is covering him in one frame, and the next moment it has vanished completely.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Big and Carrie meet in their cars after Big fled the wedding you can see down the street in the distance a huge amount of SATC fans have gathered to watch the filming. (00:52:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Donna is telling Tanya about Sophie's dad arriving, stage lights can be seen in Donna's glass.
Factual error: After the boat has blown up and sunk, Ben swims over to it and checks it out, very little to anything is even a little charred, with that big of an explosion everything would be burnt, and black.
Visible crew/equipment: When Alison and Sidney are walking together on the street after a party, they cross the water and the shadow of the cameraman and the camera itself can be seen on the wall behind them and then again on Alison's face.
Continuity mistake: When Katherine Heigl and her sister are having a fight, her sister throws a portable phone onto the couch. The phone goes from just being visible behind one of the cushions to completely vanishing a few seconds later after the "Bridezilla" rant.
Factual error: In the scene when everyone is in the white Hummer, the vehicle is moving north on the Las Vegas Strip; on the right is Bally's and the Flamingo, with Treasure Island straight ahead in the distance. Yet a few seconds later, when Joy asks the driver to let them out, they are in front of the fountains at Bellagio, which indicates that they are now travelling south on the Strip - yet we never see the Hummer change direction or turn around.
Continuity mistake: When Lance and Seth Green are riding in the buggy, they are talking for a few minutes. During this time the side shot will show Lance with his arm all the way around Seth's back/shoulder. However, when the camera changed to a full shot, Lance's arms were at his side, nowhere near Seth's back or shoulder. This happened several times during this scene. (00:40:35)
Revealing mistake: When Vicky and Cristina arrive at Barcelona they walk towards the camera, and the people behind who are real passengers waiting for a taxi stare at the actresses and film crew and even take pictures of them.
Factual error: When Tom calls Hannah from New York (and she is in Scotland) there is still bright daylight in New York. When Hannah answers she says it is 3am in Scotland. With a time difference of only 5 hours, this would mean it would be 10pm in New York and therefore dark.
