Continuity mistake: When both Explorer vehicles are parked at the paddock, in the shot of the goat being raised to lure the T. Rex, the "No! Feeding..." sign is permanently affixed to the front of the concrete wall, but in the previous and following shots that same sign is affixed to the angled top part of the wall. Later, when the power goes out, that sign is once again affixed to the front of the concrete wall.
Visible crew/equipment: After Sykes shoots the Transit Cop on the "L" Richard pulls the emergency brake, and in the following shot facing Richard as the train screeches in flashes of darkness, the reflection of a crew member quickly becomes visible on the glass window beside Richard. (01:47:45)
Continuity mistake: When D-Fens attacks the Oriental shopkeeper he puts his foot on the shopkeeper's neck and his socks are clearly visible as white. However, a few minutes later when he removes his shoe to examine a hole in it on the hill, before being confronted by the two homeboys - his socks have somehow changed to black. (00:10:20 - 00:18:15)
Revealing mistake: When David pushes the pallets onto the car, it's obvious that there is no-one inside. Similarly, when he uses the forklift to pick up the car a few shots later, we see inside the car and there is only a badly constructed dummy-type object in the back seat, and no real people. Even if they had bent down, they should still be visible. (00:09:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Henry helps pull Mark onto the treehouse at the beginning of the film, if you look very closely to the left you can just make out a crew member dressed in black helping him on to the platform. The crew member then ducks back under the platform.
Continuity mistake: During her character's escape/fight scene, Melissa Moore runs into a room full of bad guys with an unbuttoned shirt, but when she enters the room, her shirt is buttoned up for a moment before becoming unbuttoned again for the rest of the fight. (01:14:44)
Continuity mistake: In the hotel scene where Gavin is murdered, after speaking w/Darby, he eats one of the chocolates on his pillow next to the night stand. He leaves the chocolates and the Westin card on the pillow/bed. Then when they show a shot of Gavin sitting on the bed brushing his teeth while Khamel hides in the closet waiting to murder him, the chocolates and the card are gone. Then, after Khamel murders Gavin, the chocolates and the card reappear back on the pillow as Khamel walks over and eats one. (00:59:55)
Continuity mistake: When Pacino is talking to Rolando, he has a bottle of beer in his hand. The bottle hops all over the place in the scene. One minute it's in his hand, then on the table, then he's taking a sip from it...without Al Pacino moving. (00:16:25)
Continuity mistake: When the two Ninja robots fight, the robot on the left loses his head before the blade strikes.
Character mistake: When Mario and Luigi are escaping in the stolen Police car, a warning on their screen reads "Tunnel not finnished." (00:43:30)
Visible crew/equipment: In the prison scene where Popeye is showing Miklo around the part where it's said "Beto Suige lol" the boom mic shows as soon as Beto gets up. (00:45:13)
Continuity mistake: When the crime bosses meet up at the casino, in the exterior shot, there are a few items on the desk including a bottle, an ash tray, a plate with a slice of pizza and a newspaper. Later, when Batman appears and punches one of the crime bosses onto the table, the bottle, ash tray and plate have suddenly moved closer to the newspaper. (00:02:00 - 00:02:28)
