Revealing mistake: When Nancy is running up the stairs in her house to escape Freddy for the first time her foot hits the steps and go through the steps into some goop. Look at the steps above that step and you can see the pre-cut holes where the next sets of goop will be. (00:39:10)
Revealing mistake: When Supergirl flies through the window to fight the invisible monster, half of the screen shows her jumping in a school uniform and the other half exiting with the Supergirl outfit. Watch closely and you'll notice that her halves don't match, giving the sense that she is missing part of her body.
Visible crew/equipment: When a gremlin attacks the Mum from a Christmas tree, and the tree falls on top of her, you can clearly see a member of the crew with eyeglasses, wearing a red shirt, standing behind the tree pushing it forward on top of her. (00:54:30)
Other mistake: Mace's reflection can still be seen on the pond after he disappears. (00:53:30)
Continuity mistake: The main character Paul is tied up on the floor next to his mother, who is also tied up. Paul tries to use his tied feet to fight, but is easily kicked back down to the floor. Then, very briefly, but , Paul is half unconscious with his arms NOT tied anymore, but next to his head. The next scene has Paul's arms tied up again and his mother says 'cut my son's bonds'. Continuity mistake: Allen drives through a spotless park, but, when the angle cuts, a flock of pigeons appears ahead.
Visible crew/equipment: When the flamingos attack the helicopter, a crew member's hand is visible, moving one of them.
Continuity mistake: During the golf course opening scene, a motorcycle cop gets kicked to the ground by the ninja swinging from a grappling hook. In the next shot, the cop somehow falls into the water hazard along with his motorcycle. (00:07:28)
Suggested correction: This isn't a mistake. That's him, under the water in the same pose he was in before he touched the water.
After watching the scene, the mistake is valid. When he's underwater, he's not in the same "pose." That would require him to be upside down and squatting. But that's not the pose we see him in.

We see Mace semi-kneeling and reaching out to touch the water when he vanishes, but his upside-down reflection is still in the exact same calm position even when he's gone, and in the next shot we see Mace under the water right-side up, with his arms reaching up to the surface. This is a valid mistake, the suggested correction is not right.
