Continuity mistake: When the Gold Leader says to the Red Leader, "Red Leader, this is Gold Leader," at the start of the Battle of Yavin, the two Y-Wing fighters outside his cockpit suddenly disappear. This was fixed in the 2004 version. (01:46:05)
Continuity mistake: Orville the albatross flies the mice with a sardine can attached to his back, however, when he lands at Devil's Bayou, the sardine can disappears after he is hit by Mr. Snoops' fireworks. (00:34:05)
Continuity mistake: When the blonde girl is persuaded to talk to the Trogladyte, in different shots, her hair is either over her shoulders, or off her shoulders.
Continuity mistake: In Owl's house the animators have forgotten to color his umbrella among other things in the background. In a couple of shots later, they have now been colored. (00:29:20)
Continuity mistake: When Manning first writes the word "assume" on the blackboard, it is written down towards the left center of the board. Then later in the scene, the word switches position to the upper left part of the board, then eventually back to the left center again.
Continuity mistake: Jodie Foster runs outside to confront the crook who stole the tax money, and it's daylight. In the span of a few seconds, when she gets to the end of the driveway, it's suddenly dark. (01:15:18)
Continuity mistake: When Raggedy Ann is helping get the captain out of his snow globe, we see that the ship is small. However, when he finally breaks free, the ship has grown bigger.
