Continuity mistake: In episode 2-10, Walt installed a new gas water heater. The gas lines run from the left wall to heater mounted on the back wall of the utility room. In episode 4-11, Walt is in the Crawl Space under the utility room. The gas lines are no longer visible.

Continuity mistake: When Walt collapses we see the blood stain on the floor is a deep crimson. When he collects the bits of plate, the stain is very faded, even though only a few minutes has passed.
Continuity mistake: When Mike throws the shoe, it lands well past the end of the wall. Camera cuts and it's back level with the end of the wall. (00:16:20)
Continuity mistake: When Flynn is eating his bacon breakfast, as the camera shots change, he keeps picking up the fork he already picked up in the previous shot. (00:02:35 - 00:32:00)
Continuity mistake: When season 1 left off, at the very end of the last episode, Tuco examines the blue meth seriously and says, "What is this shit? This is blue." At the start of season 2, the scene is repeated, only when Tuco sees the blue meth, he laughs and then says "What is this? It's blue." Even though its supposed to be the same scene, the dialogue is slightly different and Tuco's demeanor is completely different. (00:01:05)
Continuity mistake: Mike's car is not visible when Walt breaks into his own backyard. Mike is still there, as you see him hiding behind the corner, and later getting into his car.
Continuity mistake: When Emilio's body crashes through the ceiling and lands on the downstairs floor, there is one huge chunk of carcass that lands on the floor in one piece. When the remnants of the body are shown from a different angle, they have been replaced with numerous, smaller chunks. (00:45:30)

Continuity mistake: Ted is in his house with Saul Goodman's men. When he beats his head on the furniture after he stumbled on the carpet in attempt to escape and passes out, his legs change position in two different angles shots.
Continuity mistake: At the start, Badger is on a bench talking to another guy. In the background there are people walking around in a park behind them that keep teleporting around or walking through multiple times from the same direction between cuts.
Box Cutter - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: When Gus starts to walk away from where he killed Victor, he drops the Box Cutter, and we see it landing. However, after a cut to the next shot, its position has changed. It is no longer sitting on the line in the floor, and it is pointing 180° in the other direction. We can also see from Walt's shadow that the Box Cutter has moved quite a bit further away from Walt. Continuity mistake: While Gus speaks with Eladio beside the pool the sun changes on the floor between shots.
Say My Name - S5-E7
Continuity mistake: When Hank steps in and presents the search warrant to Mike, he's holding it close with Mike looking down at it. When the angle cuts, suddenly Mike is leaning his head back like he's trying to look at it near sighted.
Continuity mistake: At the dinner table, after Walt tells Jesse that this business is all he has left, he is holding his glass and spinning it around by the top with his fingers. When the angle changes to show his face, suddenly his hand is balled in a fist behind his glass.
