Continuity mistake: As Walt is talking to Saul in his classroom, there is a pen under the desk by the chair leg Walt is standing by. It is next to the chair's front left leg. A few moments later without being hit, the pin moves to the front right leg.

Continuity mistake: When Badger is talking to the cop at the start, a guy behind them gets on his bike and cycles off behind a pillar but never appears the other side of the pillar. Given the width of the pillar you should see him instantly. He just vanishes. (00:02:00)

Must have pretty good brakes to stop on a dime and not move forward.
