Continuity mistake: When George goes into the suit shop after being told about the sale, he sees another man trying on the suit. George tells the man the sale is on Monday and the man takes off the suit coat and George is holding it in his hands when the saleswoman says the sale is on Friday. In the next shot, she has the coat and is hanging it despite never taking it from George.
The Implant - S4-E19
Continuity mistake: After George puts a couple of the snacks in his mouth, he takes a bite of the next one before Father Jessup says George is great comfort. In the next shot, the snack George is whole and no longer has a bite taken out of it.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry opens the magazine to the article about him before handing it to George, the left side is mostly black with a picture and the right side is half black with "now" in big yellow letters. In the next shot of him handing the magazine to George, the page seen is mostly white with fine print and a small picture. In the next shots of George reading it, the magazine is back to where Jerry had opened it up to the first time.
The Glasses - S5-E3
Continuity mistake: When George bites into the onion, you can see the top of the onion is facing up or towards the camera, next to his finger. In the next shot, you can tell the onion has rotated position. You can see the root is to the side, so the top would be on the side instead of up.
Continuity mistake: After crazed Jerry and Elaine leave to get a hat, Kramer picks up the tub of ice cream Jerry had set down and starts to put the lid on. In the next shot, he's not holding the ice cream.
Continuity mistake: In one scene George's desk is placed with room to walk all around. When Steinbrenner walks into George's office, the desk is pressed against the wall and office looks smaller. (00:18:54)
Visible crew/equipment: After Elaine gets out of the taxi, she starts walking on the sidewalk, before chasing after the taxi once it drives away. The reflection of the filming crew can be seen in the windows of the buildings next to her when she starts walking. (00:06:32)

Continuity mistake: While discussing Candice Bergen with Jerry, George picks up a menu and places it on the table; both he and Jerry have a menu. In the next shot showing the table (when George says, "I can't believe I missed Kramer,") both menus are flipped: in the first shot, white pages are facing up, and a yellow page is on the back of George's menu as he picks it up; in the second, the yellow sides are facing up. Continuity mistake: While George is talking to Nina about the painting, Jerry can be seen taking a bottle of water from the refrigerator. He's then seen holding the bottle when buzzing up Elaine, but then when talking to Nina about the "pop-in", the bottle's gone. It's then back in the next shot when Nina says she's leaving. Continuity mistake: When Jerry finds The Soup Nazi's recipes in the armoire he hands Elaine at most 4 pieces of paper, but when the shot changes to Elaine the number of recipes in her hands has increased dramatically.
Continuity mistake: When the NBC executives introduce themselves to Bania at the comedy club, their last names have swapped since season 4. Jay introduces them as Jay Chermak and Stu Crespi, when in Season 4, they were Jay Crespi and Stu Chermak.
Continuity mistake: Kramer takes an awkward Polaroid of Jerry for his wall, but the photo on display is an ordinary print. (00:09:45 - 00:12:00)

Revealing mistake: When George is talking to his girlfriend about the possibility of getting a nose job, Elaine is visible in the other room waiting to make her entrance.
Continuity mistake: When Elaine is sitting with Puddy in the restaurant when they get back together, the amount of wine in Elaine's wine glass keeps changing.
The Stakeout - S1-E1
Visible crew/equipment: Stage lights are reflected on the coffeepot when the waitress serves coffee.
Suggested correction: You can see lights reflected on the coffee pots, but there is nothing to indicate they are stage lights as opposed to the diner's lighting.
The Chinese Restaurant - S2-E11
Continuity mistake: Elaine is talking quite loudly about to go eat at Sky Burger; the payphone is not in use. Jerry replies he does not want to, and suddenly a person is on the phone. (00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: Jerry is explaining to Elaine what to do for eggroll dare. She listens and uncrosses her arms. When he says the words "I'll give you 50 bucks" there's a cut, and Elaine's arms are again folded. It happens again right after when Jerry says she'll give the people at the table a story to tell.
