The One With the Baby on the Bus - S2-E6
Trivia: Phoebe loses her job as a singer at Central Perk. As a protest she sits outside singing for money. Rachel comes out to give Phoebe a cup of coffee. They talk for a while and Phoebe reveals that one of her donations for playing "Smelly cat" was a condom. A moment later a guy comes running to get back the condom, played by Giovanni Ribisi. He's not meant to be her brother, as her brother says when she meets him that he's never been to the city before - just a random incidence of an actor playing different roles across series. Trivia: Virtually the only time that any apartment doors are locked is when it is important to the episode. For example, Monica's apartment door is always unlocked, even when they go out or she and Chandler are having sex, but in "The One Where Underdog Gets Away" (series 1), it's locked when there is all the "got the keys?" business. Also, Ross' apartment is never locked, except for in "The One With Phoebe's Birthday Dinner" (series 9), when they lock Emma in, and in "The One With The Engagement Picture" (S7 E4) when Phoebe has the key and unlocks the door, then Ross demands it back.
The One After the Superbowl, part 2 - S2-E13
Trivia: In The One With The Superbowl Part 2 the gang are down at the movie set of Marcel's film. Joey asks Phoebe to walk with him so he can show off his acting skills to the director. If you look closely you can see that the 'director' and the people surrounding him are the actual producers of Friends - Kevin S. Bright, Marta Kauffman and David Crane.
Trivia: The artwork on the wall behind the couch in the coffee house changes every 6 episodes.
The One With The Lesbian Wedding - S2-E11
Trivia: Rachel says about her mother who thinks about a divorce and wants to be like her daughter : "Well, couldn't she have just copied my haircut?" A little reference to the fact that the Rachel haircut was one of the most copied one at the time. (00:10:15)
The One Where Paul's The Man - S6-E22
Trivia: When Joey's trying to get his picture up in the dry cleaners, the owner claims never to have seen Air Force One. The actor playing the owner is Ilia Volokh, and he actually played one of the terrorists in Air Force One.
Trivia: Phoebe's twin sister "Ursula" actually existed before Phoebe, as a character in another U.S. sitcom, Mad About You. In the first part of "The One With Two Parts," the two characters who come into Central Perk, thinking Phoebe is Ursula, are regular characters from that show.
Trivia: Many famous people are mentioned in the show and some end up guest starring! Two examples of this include Ross's List from Series 3, which includes Winona Ryder, who guest stars as Rachel's friend in Series 7. Also, Joey and Ross mention their favourite movie is Die Hard, and Bruce Willis guest stars in Series 6 as Ross's girlfriend's dad ("Hey, Mr. Stevens, you look like that guy out of Die Hard!"). That is also true for Susan Sarandon and Elle MacPherson.
The One with the Fake Monica - S1-E21
Trivia: When the fake Monica meets the real Monica in the tap dance class, Monica says she is Dutch. The fake Monica says: "Mag ik deze dans van jou?", which is Dutch for "May I have this dance?".
The One In Barbados, part 1 - S9-E23
Trivia: When Joey and Rachel are looking for nametags to con their way into the convention, the name picked out for Rachel is Kate Miller. I just found it a bit odd that not a flicker of recognition passes across Joey's face, considering that was the name of Dina Meyer's character from a few seasons back who he was in love with.
The One with the Fake Monica - S1-E21
Trivia: In the scene where Ross has just explained to Joey & Chandler that he has to give up Marcel, there is an advert break. Immediately after the break, the shot shows the three guys sitting on the sofa in the coffee house. If you look at the positions that their hands are in, they are mimicking either "See no evil", "Hear no evil" or "Speak no evil". I think this was done deliberately but since there isn't much laughter, I don't think the studio audience spotted it.
The One Where Phoebe Runs - S6-E7
Trivia: In series 10 there's an episode where Phoebe's getting rid of stuff in preparation for Mike moving in, and she dumps two horrendous 3D paintings on Monica and Rachel. I figured they were just created for that show, but in this episode, 4 series earlier, before Rachel goes out for her run we can actually see one of them in the background - nice to see a long term plot device being used. There's even a shot of one of the 3D pictures in the apartment Phoebe shares with her grandmother in season one, when she's calling information looking for her father. One of these paintings can also be been in season 5, The One With All The Thanksgivings, just after Joey scares Chandler wearing the turkey.
The One Where Nana Dies Twice - S1-E8
Trivia: In the "One where Nana dies twice" at the end of the episode the cast looks over pictures of Ross and Monica's Nana. One of the pictures is labeled 'Me and the gang at Java Joe's'. Java Joe's was one of the name possibilities for Central Perk during the show's creation stage.
The One With Rachel's New Dress - S4-E18
Trivia: Joshua - Rachel's boyfriend in this and a few episodes either side, was in fact Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend around that time.
The One With The Football - S3-E9
Trivia: During the football game, Phoebe's wearing a "That Girl" T-shirt with the signature caricature of Ann Marie (the lead on "That Girl" which aired on ABC), who was played by Marlo Thomas in the late 60's, and who also plays Rachel's mom, Sandra, in a few episodes.
Suggested correction: That's not really trivia nor a continuity mistake. Small businesses, particularly cafes and coffee houses, often show different local artists' work on a rotating basis in an effort to support the local arts.

How often it's rotated could be considered trivia however.
