Mistakes

The first time Harry, Ron, and Hermione leave Hagrid's hut before Buckbeak gets "executed," Hermione opens Hagrid's back door and all three are peeking out of it before Hagrid opens his front door. The second time, when Harry and Hermione are watching from the pumpkin patch, Hagrid opens the front door at about the same time that Hermione opens the back one, and Ron and Harry aren't even seen yet. Because this is the same event in time from two different points of view, it should be absolutely synchronized. See more...

Trivia

During Hagrid's Care of Magical Creatures lesson, just before Harry approaches Buckbeak in the paddock Beaky has a 'potty accident.' Manure is seen dropping from his hindquarters and can be heard thudding onto the ground. This is computer generated—the CGI artists were having a bit of fun and wanted to add a touch of realism. When Harry, Ron, and Hermione are in Hagrid's hut prior to Buckbeak's execution, a stone flies in the window and strikes a pot, splitting it pretty much down the middle. There are two major shards. However, when Harry and Hermione 'relive' this moment from their position among the pumpkins, the stone (thrown by Hermione) breaks the pot in a very different pattern, with smaller pieces (and more of them). Since the same event is just being played through in time again, the pot should have broken exactly the same way both times.
