During Hagrid's Care of Magical Creatures lesson, just before Harry approaches Buckbeak in the paddock Beaky has a 'potty accident.' Manure is seen dropping from his hindquarters and can be heard thudding onto the ground. This is computer generated—the CGI artists were having a bit of fun and wanted to add a touch of realism. In the Leaky Cauldron, the Minister takes the lid off of a pot of pea soup. Yet after reprimanding Harry, he shakes Harry's hand and walks past the table, and you can see the lid is on the pot of pea soup. It isn't in any other shots.
