In the first shot, the terrorist is standing in front of Steve, but by the next shot, he is suddenly standing behind Steve. This has nothing to do with the camera angles. (00:06:45)

Continuity mistake: When Dylan and Alma are on the plane, as the shot pans around to them, Alma has a drink with a stirrer, which is on the edge of the cup. Alma then asks Dylan to pick out a card and put it back in the deck. If you look at Alma's drink, the stirrer is now sticking upwards in the middle of the cup. (00:40:45)

Continuity mistake: When the huge alien fish throws J through the window of Wu's, J knocks over several rows of frogs hanging in the window as this happens. Continuity mistake: As soon as Boris blasts the door down, there are guards on the grounds and guards behind some of the cells in the background. After Boris blasts the the steel wall, the guards on the grounds are sucked into the vacuum of space, but the guards hiding in the cells in the background have vanished completely. They certainly weren't sucked into the vacuum of space because they were protected by both the cell bars and the ceiling above them. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: When Boris' pet emerges from the cake, it kills the two guards. The Lunar-Max guard that had his hand stuffed in the cake has a spike put in his head and lands on the floor with his head resting against the cell wall. After the pet removes Boris' shackles, Boris goes to leave the cell and the guard with the cake on his hand is now lying on the floor almost entirely turned over. (00:03:15 - 00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: When Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye are fighting their way through the Chitauri in the S.H.I.E.L.D. jet, one shot shows the Chitauri blasting at the jet causing part of the front of one side to get blasted and a burn mark is left on the jet. A few seconds later, Loki blasts one of the engines and the burn mark on the front of the jet has vanished. (01:40:35)

Continuity mistake: After arriving at 5 Pointz, someone tries to find the combination for the safe and it is revealed to have had a green handkerchief attached to the rear end. Dylan then pulls on the handkerchief and keeps pulling on it to reveal more coloured handkerchiefs until it stops and a timer is heard ticking. When the clicking sound is heard, Dylan is shown holding onto the knot between a purple handkerchief and a blue handkerchief. The shot then cuts to Agent Cowan saying "What is this?", but when the shot cuts back to Dylan, he is suddenly holding the knot between a blue handkerchief and a yellow handkerchief. Then in the next shot, his entire hand is held onto the blue handkerchief. (01:33:25)

The shot after he says "This may take a while", the Minions begin to leave the area, yet in the next shot, the other Minions have vanished completely. Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, Joe and Quagmire are shown sitting at a booth inside the bar with Joe pulled up to the corner of the booth. As Peter apologizes to them, Joe is no longer seen next to him. As Peter takes Quagmire's check, a part of Joe is seen sitting in the next booth. In the shot after, he disappears again for the rest of the scene.

Continuity mistake: After Blackadder talks to Baldrick and Percy about the plan, Blackadder walks to the window to notice MacAngus getting on a horse to exit the castle. The shot where Blackadder walks over to the window shows only one window above the window Blackadder looks out of and nothing more. A couple of shots later when the camera is in front of Blackadder, two extra windows have appeared from nowhere. There was an iron maiden there which could have blocked the view, but at least six inches of wall are shown between the iron maiden and window, so the window couldn't have been blocked by it. Not to mention the window panes are in a grid of 3x3 from inside, but 4x4 from outside. (00:15:45)

Other mistake: Haddock becomes exhausted and sits down. Tintin points out he'll freeze. Watch the two horizontal strips along the middle of his jacket. They are yellow for a few frames, then they go to blue for a few frames. Then if you look super carefully, you'll see that the two straps vanish from shot for a quick frame. Then they reappear. Continuity mistake: Admiral Marcus' ship "The Vengeance" comes out of warp and immediately appears to be right beside the Enterprise. The top of the ship even goes over the roof of the Enterprise to prove it. Yet from an immediate side angle of the two ships, the distance between the two ships has increased noticeably and the Enterprise is now facing towards the Vengeance. (01:12:55)
