And we can see there is already a huge red scratch on his cheek, which isn't caused until the cards are thrown. It couldn't have been from when Jack threw the flash paper at Dylan because no scratch mark was visible when that happened. (01:18:50)

Continuity mistake: When Jack tackles Agent Fuller in the apartment, he grabs his jacket, pulls it down, and shoves the sleeves into the garbage disposal. When Jack turns on the disposal, some sort of utensil holder falls into the sink on the left side. After Fuller yells out "Dylan" after spitting out a wet cloth forced into his mouth, a shot of the sink is shown and the utensil holder has suddenly shifted slightly to the right. Fuller couldn't have moved it since his arms were stuck in his jacket and his jacket was stuck inside the garbage disposal. (01:17:25)

A few shots later, when the Winter Soldier picks up the gun, the gun and car have both moved - the gun is now right on the lines, the car is still the same distance from it. (01:18:00)

A couple of shots later, as Romanoff says "Don't do this to me Nick", it is now suddenly Agent Hill in the middle and Romanoff on the left, then a few shots later, it goes back to Romanoff being in the middle and Agent Hill being on the left. Continuity mistake: When Steve is fighting the terrorist who told him to remove his helmet, the fight begins out in the open. Steve is then shown in one shot kicking the terrorist enough times he falls back into a compartment with loads of weaponry. Then in an instant, they are suddenly back to fighting out in the open and most certainly not in the compartment. This has nothing to do with the angle of the camera. (00:11:45)

As soon as Romanoff lands on the boat, she continues walking with Steve and begins conversation. From the reverse angle, Romanoff is visibly in front of Steve, but from the sudden following shot from the side, she is suddenly standing behind him. (00:06:55)
