The Deep Six Affair - S4-E14

Continuity mistake: The black Cadillac that pulls up to the guard house is a standard 60s Caddy with 4 doors, 2 bench seats and 4 passengers that we can see. But in the interior shot, there are 7 passengers sitting in a limo-sized Cadillac with a 3rd bench seat and 6 doors. (00:38:20)

The City Beneath the Sea - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: Seaview is on the ocean floor investigating the underwater city. Two inserted stock shots then show it up near the surface at periscope depth. In the next shot, though, it's back on the bottom again. (00:43:15)

The City Beneath the Sea - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: Seaview's windows form 8 horizontal rectangles in 2 rows across its bow. But the interior sets have windows that form vertical rectangles, and they're much closer together than they are in the exterior shots. (00:02:30)

The Fiery Angel Affair - S4-E9

Continuity mistake: Carlos asks Illya if he's an American, and Illya nods in agreement. He's not undercover and has no reason to lie, so maybe he's suffering from temporary amnesia. He's a Russian citizen working for an international organization HQ'd in New York. He lived in the US, but was never an American. (00:04:20)

The Matterhorn Affair - S3-E24

Continuity mistake: Marvin has a homing-pigeon hat. When he's pushed off the precipice, his hat falls off. After a shot of his sister screaming, we cut back to Marvin still falling, and his hat is back on, falling off again. But it's somehow back on his head yet again when he's rescued a few scenes later. (00:38:45 - 00:40:10)

The Matterhorn Affair - S3-E24

Continuity mistake: Illya slams the door on the approaching gunman and holds it with his foot until the lock is turned, then lowers his leg. Cut to a wider shot, and he takes his foot off the door all over again. (00:35:45)

The Matterhorn Affair - S3-E24

Continuity mistake: When the bad guys hang Marvin upside down, his tie comes loose and falls over his face. A few shots later, though, it somehow tucks itself back up again, even though his hands are tied and he couldn't have touched it. (00:23:45)

The Night of the Man-Eating House - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: West tosses a small grenade at the French doors. We see it hit and explode without breaking a single pane or crosspiece. It just makes smoke and blackens the surface. After a shot of West and Gordon, we cut back to the door and it's now a broken ruin with no glass and the wood framing destroyed. Delayed action bomb? (00:13:00)

The Night of the Man-Eating House - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: West and Gordon drag Day from the haunted house, prop him on the porch and turn away. When they turn back, they're stunned to see that he's aged 30 years. But if you look closely, you can see that the man they prop on the porch is already gray-bearded and shaggy. So why were they surprised? (00:44:30)

The Night of the Skulls - S2-E13

Continuity mistake: West's sword fight ends when his opponent falls through a window after dropping his weapon. In the next shot, the dropped blade has moved several feet to the center of the floor, and West's sword has vanished altogether. (00:30:00)
