Saw IV (2007)

Corrected entry: When inspecting the couple in the pin trap, Perez says she found out something about the three people in the traps, when it should be four.

erikvduyn

Correction: What she said was correct. Specifically that the three people (Brenda, Ivan and Rex) were acquitted of previous crimes with the help of the same lawyer. The fourth person from the traps (Rex's wife Morgan) was never charged with any crime.

Saw IV (2007)

Corrected entry: When Hoffman is talking to Rigg about it ending here, he walks in front of the camera. When he does, some of the filming equipment's shadow can be seen on Hoffman. (00:12:20)

Ssiscool

Correction: The shadow doesn't belong to filming equipment. It's from the apparatus that Kerry's corpse is hanging from. You can even see the apparatus itself on Hoffman's left as he walks toward the camera, though it might only be visible in widescreen format.

Almost Heroes (1998)

Corrected entry: At the dinner party, when Edwards asks Hunt about animals and he says he'd be more worried about Indians, he has a huge piece of chicken on his mouth, but a second later, it's not there. Could he really wipe it off two seconds later?

Correction: Why not? It takes less than one second to wipe your face, and there's also the possibility of the food falling off his face on its own.

Almost Heroes (1998)

Corrected entry: After the man is attacked by the bear, he is given a wooden leg. In the next scene, when the crew enters the town, the same man is on the left of the shot; and his "eaten leg" is seen bent behind him.

Correction: The actor is wearing some kind of molding over his leg and at no point is his actual leg visible during this scene.

Almost Heroes (1998)

Corrected entry: In the final scene, Jonas is missing. Although he was at the top of the mountain when Hunt went down to plant the flag, he was not visible as they started the trek towards Alaska and Europe.

Raiderzfan

Correction: Jonah was Edwards' malcontent slave and showed his intention of abandoning Edwards a few scenes earlier when Hunt tried to lead a mutiny against him. He may have used the opportunity of Edwards' elation at beating Lewis and Clark to the Pacific Ocean to escape.

Almost Heroes (1998)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Louis and Clark are portaging their canoes, the flag they are carrying is the 50 star flag of modern day.

Correction: I paused the movie at this part and counted the stars on the flag and there only appears to be around fifteen. There certainly aren't 50 stars on it.

Saw V (2008)

Corrected entry: Agent Strahm's first trap is the only trap in the whole Saw franchise that doesn't have a timer or a "hello I want to play a game," either from a tape or TV recording.

Russco

Correction: Not true. The mausoleum trap at the very beginning of Saw IV had neither a timer nor a tape/video instructing the victims what to do.

X-Men 2 (2003)

Corrected entry: How did Stryker manage to get a hold of Cerebro, when Professor X is the only person that's capable of entering the room?

Correction: We saw him using a device that allowed him to bypass Xavier's security lock.

Home Alone (1990)

Corrected entry: When Marv gets shot in the face by Kevin after sticking his head through the pet door, there's a noticeable delay between when the gun's discharge hits his face, and his reaction.

Correction: A delayed reaction to pain isn't really out of the ordinary. In instances such as this, it can just take a moment for the initial shock to wear off.

Black Hawk Down (2001)

Corrected entry: When Grimes is being told he is going to fight, "Creep" by Stone Temple Pilots is playing in the background. Though this song was recorded in 1992, it wasn't released until November of 1993. The events of the movie occurred on October 3rd and 4th of 1993, the song wasn't released for another month.

Correction: Incorrect. "Creep" may have been released as a single in 1993, but the album it is from, "Core", was released on September 29, 1992, which means the song was available to consumers for a full year before the events of the movie take place. As long as the troops were playing that album as opposed to listening to the radio, then there is no reason why the song could not have been playing in this scene. Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Core_ (Stone_Temple_Pilots_album).

The X-Files (1993)

Sein und Zeit (1) - S7-E10

Corrected entry: Up to this point in the series, Samantha has been shown by the Smoking Man to Fox. In this episode it appears Fox has completely forgotten the fact that he already saw his sister alive on more than one occasion and appears to back on the belief that she's missing and has accepted the fact that she is dead.

Correction: That wasn't actually his sister he saw on those previous occasions, but rather clones of her. The Smoking Man was only trying to trick Mulder into believing his sister was still alive in order to manipulate him.

The Big Lebowski (1998)

Corrected entry: Donnie bowls a nine in his final frame then sits down for a while. He should have tried to pick up the spare.

Correction: Donny was shown to be bowling strikes all throughout the movie and is visibly upset about not getting the strike on this frame. Either he sat down for a while because he was upset about not getting the strike, or it was his third turn in the 10th frame and therefore was not able to attempt to get the spare.

Saw (2004)

Corrected entry: Lawrence and Adam don't even think of sawing through the pipe their chains are attached to, yet they try to saw through every place on their chains.

Correction: In the original version, instead of having Lawrence turn off the lights and have him whisper to Adam to pretend to die from the poisoned cigarette they were supposed to saw through the pipe and whisper through it but James Wan (the director) cut it because it made no sense that they were able to cut through the pipe and not the chain.

Correction: Why would they try to saw through the pipes? There's much more surface area to get through on the pipes than on a chain link, and if the saw doesn't work on the chain link, it wouldn't work on a pipe.

Phaneron

I guarantee, it would be much easier to saw through the pipe than the chain. The metal would be much thinner.

Correction: It's hanging way too low to be a set light. It's simply a light in the locker room.

The Expendables 3 (2014)

Corrected entry: When Stallone and Grammar are going to see Galgo, they are supposed to be in Arizona. The car they are in has a European Union license plate.

Correction: It's not uncommon to see a car with European license plates in the States. I see it a few times a year.

Phaneron

Corrected entry: When the Avengers attack the Hydra base in Sokovia, Stark orders in the Iron Legion to handle crowd control. The drones land in the city square and begin telling the crowd to remain calm in English, instead of the local native language.

Correction: The country in question is fictional and both Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, who are from there, are fluent in English (the evacuees speak in English too), so who's to say what the official language is?

Breaking Bad (2008)

End Times - S4-E12

Corrected entry: The ricin poison that was originally intended to kill Gus, and which was 'apparently' intended for use on Brock, doesn't make sense. Brock was fine in the morning, but fell ill at night, seems legit. However, Jesse exclaims to Walt that he had the cigarette containing the poison the same morning. Earlier in the series, Walt had explained that after indigestion, it would take 36 hours for any effects to have taken place, so, in this instance, Brock could not be hospitalized within 12 hours.

Callum Lloyd Edwards

Correction: Brock isn't poisoned with ricin. He is poisoned by the berries of a Lily of the Valley plant.

Wayne's World 2 (1993)

Correction: According to the subtitles, he actually says "You punk. You crazy punk." He never says Mike. Due to Christopher Walken's style of speaking, the first time he says "punk" you can barely hear him say "you" and "punk" can sound like Mike if you aren't listening closely.

Corrected entry: The "Infinity Stone" inside the orb is revealed as Tivan the "Collector" recounts its origin, before this moment no one knew the stone is inside the orb and no one can know afterwards, since Gamora sealed the orb. However during the pod pursuit Nebula says "The stone is in the furthest pod", the stone's existence is impossibly revealed. (01:02:00)

LoneTiger

Correction: Nebula is a daughter of Thanos and she is probably well aware that he is looking for the Infinity Stones, even if Ronan is not aware.

Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Corrected entry: Harry and Lloyd are obviously very poor, yet they drive from Rhode Island to Colorado, which would cost an insane amount of money in gas.

Correction: It's explained by Harry as soon as they depart that they had a budget for the trip. Yes, they are poor, but that only prevents them from paying their rent and utilities. They still use money to keep themselves fed. A few hundred dollars saved up between them would suffice, and gas prices in the mid '90s weren't all that high compared to today.
