Continuity: In the scene just after Harry regains his memory and his father tells him "first we attack his heart", we see MJ at the door of her apartment, in the first shot you can see that her handbag is on her left shoulder but in the following shot from a distance her handbag is now on her left forearm.

Harry: Looks like I came just in time.
Spider-man: Yeah, few seconds ago wouldn't have been so bad either.

Directed by Sam Raimi, starring Bryce Dallas Howard, Elizabeth Banks, James Cromwell, James Franco, Kirsten Dunst, Rosemary Harris, Tobey Maguire, Topher Grace (add more)
Continuity: When the steel beam first crashes, Gwen lays very close to the side where it strikes. From the outside, she has moved way to the opposite side.
Continuity: At the jazz bar, the amount of people by the bar and their positions (close together/apart, seated/standing up) is inconsistent in every single shot.
Continuity: The Bank truck appears full of things in the inside shots but empty on the wide ones during the chase.
Continuity: From a back shot, when Peter Parker is watching the screen with the promo about his life, the kids are standing still next to him. From the immediate front shot, the kids are arriving and taking positions.
Continuity: When Gwen stares at the extremely close steel beam, its size is about 2 window panels wide and you can even see both edges. From the outside shots it's size is humongous, about 8 panels wide.
Continuity: When Peter visits Harry at the hospital, Harry says: "The doctor says I had an accident". then he turns his head to the right, facing upwards. In the immediate angle he is still facing left.
Continuity: During Venom and Spidey's final battle, the amount of tubes on the floor diminishes drastically between shots.
Continuity: The first close shot of Harry in bed shows his pyjama opened with a nipple showing. Half a second later, the pyjama appears closed and the nipple covered.
Continuity: From the truck, Sandman boosts some cars away. One of them goes zooming straight against a corner on the left side of the street. When the angle changes, not only has the car changed positions to the center of the street, but a man and a car appear perfectly intact and calmed on the same spot where the car was before.
Continuity: When the office floor is collapsing, a wide angle shows all the of the furniture sliding down, except for a desk on the left. Seconds later, while Gwen is hanging by her fingers, dozens of chairs and desks keep appearing from nowhere, including the one that throws her away.
Continuity: Close to the middle of the film when Harry returns to his mansion with Peter, the butler hugs him on his left shoulder yet when the shot changes he's hugged him on his right, this is so you can see Harry's (James Franco) face not the butler's.
Continuity: When Spiderman lands Gwen and leaves, from the back shots her hair stirs violently because of the wind. From the front, it is nicely combed and the wind is not as strong.
Continuity: In the scene that Harry yells to Bernard (his butler) to get food because they are having a guest, the first shot of Bernard shows a small table with a vase of white flowers on it. In subsequent shots of the butler within this scene, the flowers are no longer on the table.
Revealing: Despite the fact that the earlier movies establish that Peter's spider powers give him perfect vision, in numerous scenes throughout this movie (nearly every close up) Tobey Maguire's contact lenses are easily visible.
Continuity: When Sandman is down in the sewer, the stack of dollar bills on the right has no plastic wrap around. When the angle changes its green colour has faded and you can notice plastic securing the wads.
Continuity: Inside the bell tower, when the black slime falls on Eddie he is standing inside the pattern on the floor. In the close-up, 2 frames later, he is standing on the cobblestone outside the pattern.
Continuity: The thickness of the bandage on Harry's forehead differs in length through shots. Use his eyebrows as a reference.
Revealing: When Venom knocks Spidey off the cab, he then jumps on Spidey's chest. That moment, Eddie's face is an obvious, cheap CGI drawing.
Continuity: Before MJ throws the chunk of concrete at Venom, she has her arms raised holding the chunk in the air. In the close-up of Venom's face MJ can be seen in the background, resting calmly in the cab. Then, when back to a close-up of her, she is holding the chunk as before.
