Continuity: Near the beginning of the film just after Peter has knocked Harry off of his jetboard, Harry falls onto the alley floor where you can see large amounts of puddles where Harry lands, yet in the following shots where Peter is trying to revive Harry, some of the puddles have vanished.

Continuity: When the two models stare at the steel beam, there's an employee sitting next to the model with the green shirt. In the wide angle he dissapears. If he had run away he would've been seen because he was standing very close to her.

Continuity: During the fight between Harry and Peter at Harry's mansion, just after Peter kicks Harry through the glass window to outside, if you watch closely there is nothing on his right shoulder, then in the following shot a piece of glass appears on his shoulder.

Continuity: In the scene where Spiderman is receiving the key to the city just after he kisses Gwen, we see MJ walk away and Harry standing next to her asking if she's okay, in this shot we can see her handbag has slid down her arm and is resting on her forearm, yet when the sandstorm breezes through, the angle cuts to the back of MJ and Harry and in this shot we can see the handbag is still on her shoulder.

Continuity: In the hospital, the wide shots show Harry's head close to the edge of the pillow. In the close shots it is farther away.

Continuity: Peter watches the promo on the street and turns around to look at the kids. When the angle changes he is turning again.

Continuity: When Spidey makes Venom explode and watches the metal bars around melted, the one in front is really twisted. Couple seconds later, from another angle, the bar is just sightly bent.

Continuity: When the cop is about to stab the shovel on the sand, the front shot shows a huge jet of sand rising. In the following back shot, for half a second we can see that the cop is standing there and the sand has not risen yet.

Continuity: When the bank truck crashes, a yellow cab appears and disappears through shots.

Continuity: When Mary Jane brought the newspaper, the main picture was dark and with a bit hidden on the folded side. When she leaves and picks the paper, the picture is very light and has no part folded.

Continuity: The Bank truck full stops away from a zebra crossing, but the close shot shows it on top of it.

Continuity: When the office floor is collapsing, an employee with yellow folders magically appears next to the model in pink in the close shot and disappears on the wider ones.

Revealing: In the shot just after Green Goblin is done dispersing both the super villians and offers his hand to help Spiderman up, watch Green Goblin's face closely when he is first shown from a distance, when his face mask has just rolled up. The right side of his face, which is supposedly disfigured (due to his earlier fight with Peter in his flat), looks normal and smooth. Then in the following shot (after the camera goes back on to Green Goblin from Spiderman lying down looking at him) when the camera shows Green Goblin from close (while Spiderman slowly gets up at the forefront), his face is shown disfigured again.

Continuity: When JK is receiving a marketing lesson in his office, the amount of water in his glass increases between shots instead of decreasing.

Continuity: In the bell tower, Eddie throws his jacket to the right, but it appears on the left side a second later.

Continuity: When Peter is visiting Harry in the hospital you can see behind Peter an admissions desk with a computer, files etc., yet when Peter and MJ leave Harry at the request of the nurse, the admissions desk has vanished and has now turned into just a plain long corridor with rooms to other patients.

Continuity: When Sandman reaches for the silver locket, the shadow keeps changing between shots.

Continuity: When Peter goes to Harry's house to fight him, between shots, Peter's hair moves from over his eyes to the side.

Continuity: In JK's office, the first three bottles of pills are equidistant from each other. From the back, two of them are very close together.

Continuity: When Peter is dancing with Gwen, a chubby guy behind is snapping his fingers or waving heartily. The following shots of his movements, couple frames later, show him in totally different positions.
